Housing Haven for Hope and Healing through Healthy Relationships
At Diamond N the Rough N-P Inc., we support young adults aged 18 to 21 who have aged out of the foster care system. This age range was selected based on the needs expressed by previous alumni who left foster care without a reliable support system. We provide long-term housing and assist these young adults in planning their next steps. Our program includes a five-year plan that allows them to set goals, while our staff supports them in executing that plan effectively.

Through workshops in budgeting, cooking, goal setting, leadership, and arts, we help young adults gain practical skills, build confidence, and express themselves—because they’re becoming who they’re meant to be.

We support young adults in finishing school, exploring college or trade programs, and preparing for work with resume help, interview prep, and job readiness—because they deserve doors that open.

We offer secure housing to promote stability as young adults pursue their long-term goals, which are thoughtfully crafted during their initial intake assessment, typically spanning a focused timeline of 3 to 5 years.
